Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela de la referencia a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado respectivo, toda vez que la aplicación del Decreto 1382 de 2000 resulta contrario a la Constitución, la Corte encontró que en el presente caso ha debido inaplicarse, y que no podía servir de fundamento para la competencia del Juez que profirió la decisión de instancia, pues en el presente caso, el proceso, si bien fue devuelto a los jueces de Circuito, éste debió ser resuelto por el mismo juez ante quien se había interpuesto la tutela, es decir, el Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito, y no ser nuevamente repartido.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela interpuesta por Teresa de Jesus Zuluaga Vasquez contra CAJANAL, Seccional Medellin, a partir del auto de 15 de septiembre de 2000, proferido por el Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Medellin.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria al Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Medellin, para que de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
